Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a credit card on file. Any reservation cancelation or reschedule more than 48 hours prior to the reservation date and time is strongly encouraged. Reservations canceled/rescheduled from 48 to 25 hours prior to the reservation date and time will incur a fee of 60% of the price of services reserved. Reservations canceled/rescheduled from 24 hours or less prior to the reservation date and time or no show will incur a fee of 95% of the price of services reserved.
